We recommend using the app or web dashboard to train Stella.
Getting to the Dashboard
- iOS: Get the Stella for Managers app on the App Store
- Android: Get the Stella for Managers app on the Play Store
- Web: Visit stellabots.com and click the login link.
Alternatively, you can visit dashboard.stellabots.com to get to the same place.
Log in with your Stella credentials. When ordering Stella, you should have received an email with account creation instructions.
IMPORTANT: Writing Style
Write as if you are providing factual information to Stella and commanding her. However, do not say Stella in the instructions. Write as if you are writing a corporate memo to a generic employee with good grammar.
RIGHT: "When asked about TVs, make sure to bring up our soundbar bundle promotion."
WRONG: "Stella if sumone mentions tvs can u plz tell them to look at soundbars too thanks!"
Remember to Add Promos
Stella's greetings are based only on promos that are active. Please add some promotions so Stella can greet customers effectively!
Setting a Manager PIN
For security, you should set a new PIN via the Dashboard. If someone knows the default PIN, they can gain access to your Stella's manager mode and make her say whatever they want!
Navigate to the Security tab and follow the instructions to set a new manager PIN.
Viewing Analytics
Check back on the dashboard app regularly to view Stella's reports. Her reports are about her interactions with shoppers.
