If Stella’s tablet module or top screen do not turn on:
- Unplug Stella and plug her back in.
- Check if the outlet is working.
- Check that the two power bricks are seated to the power strip inside Stella’s base.
- Check that the USB-C power brick is connected to the Hub in Stella’s base.
- Check that the DC monitor jack and HDMI cable are fully inserted into Stella’s top screen.
- Press the power button on the top rear of the screen. It may have accidentally been turned off.
- Check the cables for any damage.
