Launching Mid-2026
Register your interest now to be ready for Stella's partner program launch.
Earn up to $300 per referred location!
It's a win-win: You are an MSP, installer, integrator, or consultant — and you want to bring the latest in tech to your clients. As a Stella Referral Partner, you'll be rewarded for connecting eligible locations who hire Stella and remain active.
Am I eligible to be a Referral Partner?
If you are an established local or national service provider for physical businesses in the United States (e.g., MSPs, AV/digital signage installers, POS consultants/resellers), you are likely eligible. You must be able to provide a valid IRS Form W-9.
How do I sign up?
To join the Referral Partner Program and for us to determine final eligibility, please submit a help request through this portal indicating your interest. Please provide your corporate website and any other relevant info (e.g., client base size, geographic location) to help us determine eligibility.
If you are eligible, you will be asked to submit IRS Form W-9 to us.
How much do I earn, and when?
- Up to $300:
- $200 after the referred location has completed 3 full paid billing cycles and remains active (measured from the first successful payment date)
- $100 after the referred location has completed 12 full paid billing cycles and remains active (measured from the first successful payment date)
How do I track businesses that I have referred?
After joining the Program, we will provide a form through which you can submit locations that you have referred to the Stella program.
Referred businesses will order directly through our website. We do not require them to submit a referral code; we will reconcile the locations you submit against our signups. Only one partner may be credited per location.
What is the protection window?
- Deal registration protection window: 120 days.
- Post-signup grace period: 14 days. For late referrals submitted after customer signup, measured from the first successful payment timestamp, and only if the location is not already attributed to another partner.
What is an eligible business?
Eligible businesses are physical stores and restaurants in the United States that are located in commercial space and open to the public (walk-in or public foot traffic). Each separate, physical location of a chain counts as a separate eligible business.
Ineligible businesses include, but are not limited to:
- Office spaces
- Ineligible sectors (e.g., spas, service-oriented businesses including hair salons, adult-themed stores)
- Locations outside the contiguous United States
- Any other business, at our sole discretion, that we choose not to ship Stella to (including for compliance, safety, or operational reasons)
What is the definition of "remaining active" with Stella?
- The business must remain in good standing with respect to payments for Stella (not more than 14 days past due)
- The business must keep Stella in a customer-facing area during normal operating hours (allowing for temporary relocation, maintenance, renovations, and power/internet outages)
- Stella must remain powered on and connected aside from scheduled outages and reasonable interruptions
We verify activity via remote device health and uptime telemetry.
